Jane was recommended to me by colleagues, and when I got in touch I wasn’t sure about how virtual pilates could work, especially getting all the internal muscles moving and positions correct. The initial 1:1 session I had with Jane put my concerns aside. She is so good at describing what you need to do, feel and watch out for, and itʼs been fine to do the class virtually. Also, Jane has cameras set up so we can easily see what she is doing, and she’s been able to spot whenever I haven’t quite got the hang of a move.
Personally, I’ve noticed my strength improving, particularly my core. My balance is better and even my knees seem to be improving!
And maybe best of all, I can fit the class into my lunch break when I’m working from home. I return to my desk feeling more mobile and motivated!
I would highly recommend Jane and her calm, clear pilates instruction.
Thanks Francesca for your review of the online Pilates classes. It’s good to know you can easily fit a 1hr class into your day, with no added travel time to and from the classes, just rolling your mat out on the floor to set up, having a well-earned stretch out and getting back to work in a few minutes. I’m glad the class is working well for you and you are seeing so much improvement. Pilates is not hard when the principles are adhered to and you build up slowly through the levels from beginner to intermediate. I see a marked improvement in your posture and your strength now in class. Well done!
