I started doing Pilates with Jane as I was looking to strengthen and stabilise my hips to help with some ankle and back pain. After completing the beginners course, I could already feel a significant improvement in my joints. Since moving up to the intermediate level, I continue to improve. As a bonus, I now have biceps to speak of and a smaller waist!
It is good to hear Nicola that you are enjoying the online Pilates classes and not only seeing an improvement in your joints but are feeling more toned in your muscles as an added benefit. Pilates is great for toning up and for weight loss.
